Be present for your day.
Coordination to help the details run smoothly on the day, so you can spend your time celebrating.
You have put thought into your wedding; coordination helps those plans come together on the day. The focus is on the agreed arrangements, the sequence of events and the people responsible for each detail.
Your brief can include
- Reviewing the wedding-day arrangements and the support you need.
- Working through the timing of the ceremony, reception and key moments.
- Clarifying responsibilities with the venue and relevant suppliers.
- Coordinating the agreed details so you can focus on your celebration.
How we approach it
We discuss the plans already in place, identify where you need support and agree a coordination brief. Venue access, supplier arrivals, setup responsibilities and pack-down arrangements should all be clear before the day. The proposal will define the coverage and responsibilities included.
What to share with us
Tell us what is already booked, who your main suppliers are and whether the venue provides its own coordinator. This helps us understand where K&A’s role will fit.
Every wedding is different. The final proposal confirms the selected services, quantities, costs and responsibilities; the examples above are not a fixed package.
