What we collect and why
The enquiry form collects your name, contact details, country, wedding plans, service interests and the information you choose to include. We record your consent and submission time. Optional fields can be left blank. Please do not include identity documents, banking details or sensitive information about guests.
We use your brief to assess availability, discuss requirements and prepare a proposal if you wish to proceed. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or subscribe you to marketing.
Who handles your information
Authorised K&A administrators review enquiries in our protected studio. Cloudflare provides website hosting, storage and security services; processing may occur outside South Africa. Enquiry notification emails are sent to Amore and contain a reference and secure inbox link rather than your full brief. We do not sell enquiry information.
Security and spam prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to check for automated abuse. We also use short-lived, pseudonymous network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire within two days. Essential security technologies operate on this website; we do not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics.
Retention and your choices
Contact Amore to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or to withdraw consent for further enquiry follow-up. We retain information while handling your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and review records that are no longer needed. Records required for contractual, accounting or legal purposes may need to be retained. K&A will explain any applicable retention when responding to a request; deletion from operational records may not immediately remove copies from protected backups.

Facebook and inspiration links lead to other services with their own privacy practices. We do not embed Facebook tracking on this site. Contact Amore with any concern about a photograph or client recommendation.
